STORAGE: 

Whole hams should be stored in a cool/dry place until time to prepare for cooking. If it will be awhile before you are eating the ham, you may wrap the ham in brown paper and hang to age the ham. Once opened or if the seal breaks, the meat should be stored in an airtight container and eaten within seven days.
