Can I return my order?

We do not accept returns, but do offer exchange. Exchange is available for items that are new, unused, unworn, and in the same condition that it was purchased in. 

What payment options do you accept?

We do not accept checks. You can pay with cash or card.

What if my order is damaged during transit?

Fear not! We go above and beyond to ensure that your package is delivered safely. If something does happen to your order, please reach out to us! Our team will contact the shipping carrier to get the issue resolved in a timely manner. It is our priority that you are satisfied with your purchase!

How to care for Authentic Jewelry?

Hey you!!!! - Take care of your jewelry, and it will last! DO NOT, we repeat, DO NOT let your jewelry get wet. It is important to:

  • Avoid all contact with water.
  • Avoid wearing the jewelry when it could be knocked.
  • Avoid coming in contact with harsh chemicals such as cleaning supplies, perfume, lotions, etc.

Although our jewelry is Sterling Silver, Genuine Turquoise is a porous stone. This means that it will soak up moisture/liquids and become prone to cracking, breaking and/or color change. It is super important to keep those jewels DRY!
