-Stones are from The Number 8 turquoise mine, located in Eureka County NV.  This mine is a legendary, now-closed site famous for producing, between 1929 and the 1960s, highly valuable, light-to-dark blue and green turquoise with distinct black or golden spiderweb matrix. The mine was depleted and overtaken by gold mining operations by 1976.
